I’m eager to join you on your journey to discovering these innate capabilities and learning how you can assist your body in its important work. With this newfound connectedness, you will become a healthier, more balanced individual.

At the moment, you might be dealing with a serious physical challenge and wish to learn how to self-heal and live pain-free. Perhaps your pelvic floor isn’t functioning as efficiently as it used to, and you’re looking for a gentle, noninvasive way to regain control. Or you may be contemplating natural childbirth and want to be as prepared as possible.



Most of my work is done one-on-one, in private sessions. I specialize in four major areas - chronic conditions, eye health, pelvic floor and childbirth education, you can read more details about each. We start with a Zoom consultation which you can schedule below.
