The ABC of Ring Muscles Exercise Group

This new class is designed for complete beginners and will teach you all the essential exercises and daily habits to establish your own daily Paula Practice. Whether you're looking to improve your overall health, balance your body, or prepare for more advanced classes, this class will provide the foundational tools you need.

What you’ll learn:

  • Paula Method Classic Exercises: These exercises are designed to help with relaxation, balance, posture, ease of movement, breathing, and digestion.

  • Daily Habits: You’ll learn how to incorporate the Paula Method into everyday activities such as sitting, standing, walking, drinking, and talking, all while engaging your ring muscles and using them correctly.

  • Build a Daily Practice: By the end of the course, you'll be equipped with the knowledge and confidence to establish your own daily Paula Practice.

This class will also give you the opportunity to join more advanced classes and goal-oriented groups within the Paula Method, furthering your journey to better health and balance.

Small Group - Pelvic Floor Strength

Pelvic Floor Recovery & Strengthening Class

This small group class is designed for women who are seeking to restore strength and function to their pelvic floor after childbirth, surgery, or periods of pelvic weakness. It focuses on rebuilding and toning the pelvic floor muscles and the surrounding areas, promoting overall pelvic health.

This class is ideal for women who do not have pelvic pain or any tendency to over-contract the pelvic floor. Participants should have some prior experience with pelvic floor exercises and be comfortable practicing foundational techniques. If you are unsure whether this class is suitable for you, please reach out via email or WhatsApp for more information.

In this class, you will learn to:

  • Activate the pelvic floor with proper technique

  • Re-establish connection between the pelvic floor and core muscles

  • Target and strengthen areas of weakness

  • Restore balance for better pelvic health and function

We will practice exercises from the Paula Method for relaxation and balance with a focus on back care and posture.
