In this program you’ll find thirty essential exercises to help you start learning the Paula Method and practicing on your own.

The exercises are organized by week, each with its own special focus. I recommend that you practice as much as you can on a daily basis and that you move on to the next week only after doing all the exercises from the week before. 

You’ll also find videos that introduce the ideas behind the Paula Method. These videos focus on the most important aspects of our work: gentleness, body awareness and chain reactions.

This course was created to help people recovering from covid-19 who are trying to get back to deeper effortless breathing, pre virus. We tried the exercises on friends and family recovering from covid-19 with great success. You will get access to three audio lessons focusing on balancing your breathing in a special, gentle way. You won’t find traditional breathing exercises in this course, but rather you’ll learn how to breathe effortlessly again using other muscles in your body. This pleasant and relaxing approach allows the body to rebalance itself without any effort or strain. 

You don’t need any special props for this course, just a comfortable chair.
